I’m grateful that you're here ~

My name is Yuka—a mother to my beautiful children, a Macrobiotic Consultant, Waldorf Educator, and Lightworker.

Macrobiotics has been a gentle guiding light in my life since the early 1990s. The daily practice of balancing yin and yang has deeply supported me—not only in raising my children, but also in creating a life filled with love, joy, and peace.

Rooted in the ancient wisdom of Japan, Macrobiotics was lovingly brought to the world by teachers such as George Ohsawa and Michio Kushi. I feel truly blessed to have studied at both the Lima Cooking School in Japan—founded by Lima Ohsawa—and the Kushi Institute in Massachusetts, USA.

I cherish a natural, simple, and slow-paced lifestyle with my loved ones. I enjoy meditation, biking, hiking, camping, Latin dancing, singing in my local choir, playing music, and volunteering with a local hospice service in beautiful British Columbia, Canada :)

The International Macrobiotic Circle was created as a loving space to connect, share, and support one another on the macrobiotic path.  If your heart feels called, I warmly welcome you to join us and become part of this beautiful, growing international family :)

🌿Macrobiotic Offerings by Yuka

🌱Initial Macrobiotic Diet & Lifestyle consultation (1.5 hours) followed by two follow-up calls (10-15 minutes each) within 4 months of the initial consultation:  CAD$360  

🌱Ongoing macrobiotic support is available for individuals who have completed an initial consultation, offering guidance to deepen your practice and sustain long-term balance. 

This support may include:
    – Personalized macrobiotic menu planning
    – Cooking guidance and advice
    – Shiatsu, Energy Work, Chakra Balancing, and Sound Healing
    – Home visits to assess your kitchen setup and overall home energy 

Follow-up Support: CAD$180/hour   

🌱A sliding scale is available upon request, so please feel free to ask if needed 

🌱Cancellation Policy:  As a courtesy, please cancel or reschedule your booking at least 48 hours before your scheduled time

Let's begin your life journey toward balance and well-being through a personalized macrobiotic consultation!  Here's how the process works:

Step 1:  Getting Started
Please contact  me with a brief description of the type of macrobiotic support you’re seeking. Once I receive your message and the one-time CAD $5 membership fee, I will send you the Macrobiotic Membership Application Form and the Macrobiotic Consultation Initial Questionnaire.

.Step 2:  Schedule Your Session

After reviewing your forms, I will contact you to schedule your consultation.  

Step 3:  Confirm Your Booking

Your appointment is confirmed when your payment is received.

Step 4:  Prepare for Your Consultation

Please have a notebook and pen ready for your session to take notes and make the most of your time with me.
