I’m grateful that you're here ~

My name is Yuka—a mother to my beautiful children, a Macrobiotic Consultant, Waldorf Educator, and Lightworker.

Macrobiotics has been a gentle guiding light in my life since the early 1990s. The daily practice of balancing yin and yang has deeply supported me—not only in raising my children, but also in creating a life filled with love, joy, and peace.

Rooted in the ancient wisdom of Japan, Macrobiotics was lovingly brought to the world by teachers such as George Ohsawa and Michio Kushi. I feel truly blessed to have studied at both the Lima Cooking School in Japan—founded by Lima Ohsawa—and the Kushi Institute in Massachusetts, USA.

I cherish a natural, simple, and slow-paced lifestyle with my loved ones. I enjoy meditation, biking, hiking, camping, Latin dancing, singing in my local choir, playing music, and volunteering with a local hospice service in beautiful British Columbia, Canada :)

The International Macrobiotic Circle was created as a loving space to connect, share, and support one another on the macrobiotic path.  If your heart feels called, I warmly welcome you to join us and become part of this beautiful, growing international family :)

🌿Macrobiotic Offerings by Yuka

🌱Initial Macrobiotic Diet & Lifestyle consultation (1.5 hours) followed by two follow-up zoom calls (15 minutes each) within 4 months of the initial consultation:  CAD$360  

🌱Ongoing macrobiotic support is available for individuals who have completed an initial consultation, offering guidance to deepen your practice and sustain long-term balance. 

This support may include:
    – Personalized macrobiotic menu planning
    – Cooking guidance and advice
    – Shiatsu, Energy Work, Chakra Balancing, and Space Clearing
    – Home visits to assess your kitchen setup and overall home energy 

Follow-up Support: CAD$180/hour

🌱Cancellation Policy:  As a courtesy, please cancel or reschedule your booking at least 48 hours before your scheduled time

🌿 Begin Your Macrobiotic Healing Journey

I warmly invite you to take the first step toward balance, harmony, and well-being with a personalized macrobiotic consultation — all from the comfort of your own space via Zoom.

We’ll start with a complimentary 15-minute Discovery Call over Zoom, a relaxed opportunity to connect and explore how I can best support your journey.  After our Discovery Call, you’ll be warmly invited to complete a Consultation Questionnaire and Liability Agreement Form. This helps me understand your unique needs so I can lovingly support you on your wellness journey.

Once your session is scheduled and confirmed, your Macrobiotic Counseling consultation will also take place via Zoom. I recommend having a quiet space with a notebook and pen ready to capture insights and reflections. Together, we’ll create a nurturing experience designed to support your transformation and growth.
